Some shoes shown on the site have extra notes about the sizing given in the descriptions. For example, Propet shoes are a little larger than most other brands. It is therefore recommended that one size smaller is selected when purchasing these shoes. For example, if you usually have women’s size 10 feet, it is recommended that you select size 9 shoes.

How do I select what shoe size I should get based on the widths available?

If only Width A is available:

  • If you have a narrow foot, select your normal shoe size.
  • If you have an average width foot, it is recommended that you select shoes ½ to 1 sizes larger than you usually purchase. For example, if you are usually a size 12, you may wish to consider purchasing a size 13.
  • If you have a wide foot, you may need to select shoes 1.5 – 2 sizes larger than you usually purchase. If you are concerned that the shoe would be too long for you, it is recommended that you do not purchase online without trying the shoe on first.
  • If you have a very wide foot, it is not recommended that you purchase this shoe.

If only Width B is available:

  • If you have a narrow foot, select your normal shoe size. If you are concerned that the shoe will be too wide for you, it is recommended that you do not purchase online without trying the shoe on first.
  • If you have an average width foot, select your usual shoe size.
  • If you have a wide foot, you may need to select shoes ½ – 1 size larger than you usually purchase. If you are concerned that the shoe would be too long for you, it is recommended that you do not purchase online without trying the shoe on first.

If only Width C is available:

  • If you have a narrow foot, it is recommended that you do not purchase online without trying the shoe on first.
